If you suffer from pain on a regular basis you know how draining it can be – it drags you down and become all consuming. What if you could learn how to change how you perceive pain? To reduce it and make it more manageable?

Hypnotherapy can teach you how to alter how your brain perceives pain and in this workshop Louise Coyle, our hypnotherapist, will introduce you to the techniques.

Louise Coyle, a registered hypnotherapist with the charity Anxiety UK, specialises in helping people who are struggling to cope with life’s problems by teaching them ways of reducing and managing stress and anxiety. Louise will be teaching simple, practical tools to help you manage those anxious thoughts and feelings. These tools can be used in everyday situations and will help give you inner resilience to deal with everything life might have in store.

This event is on Saturday November 9th from 1pm to 2pm. Cost is £10 per person.
