The Maris Practice has 4 treatment beautifully decorated rooms available suitable for physical treatments and talking therapies. Located in a quiet and tranquil building, close to both Twickenham and St Margarets train stations, in a desirable neighbourhood.
Currently rental options available are from a few hours to a few days each week (as a sub licensee). We offer our room on a license basis where the main license holder for a room is able to sub-license the room to other practitioners for any hours that they do not need it themselves. This offers an excellent business opportunity for the main license holder to benefit from the additional revenue stream provided by sub-licensing. As a sub licensee 1 day room rental is from £95 per day and half day (up to 4 hours) is £50.
The practice benefits from a waiting area, staff kitchen, WiFi, website and social media promotion, regular practice meetings (great for building inter-practitioner referrals) plus an optional call & booking handling service.
The team is an excellent selection of respected and busy practitioners in a variety of areas including Osteopaths, Hypnotherapist, Yoga therapist and Massage therapist. The Maris Practice owner and practice manager, Claire Mac Donald, is an Osteopath herself so understands the needs for a good working environment.
