Mindfulness & Compassion Coach
Tracey has a Foundation Degree Level 4 Mindfulness qualification awarded by the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body. She is also trained to deliver the gold-standard Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction programme developed by Jon Kabat Zin and the Compassionate Mindful Resilience programme developed by Mindfulness UK.
Tracey has been practicing Mindfulness and Meditation for over 7 years. Living mindfully has had a profound impact on her busy life as a working mum of 4 young children, enabling Tracey to manage stress and overwhelm when needed, achieve more work-life balance, feel present, content and happy, and be kinder to herself and others. Her Mindfulness and Meditation practice also supported Tracey through her grief when she lost her mother in 2016.
Tracey is passionate about helping others learn Mindfulness & Compassion tools and techniques to help clients take back control of their thoughts and responses to situations, to experience the power of present moment living and to have the tools needed to manage stress in the moment and protect themselves from burnout.
Tracey teaches Mindfulness, Meditation and Compassion in one to one sessions and in small group courses.
One to one sessions are available at the Maris Practice at a cost of £65 for one hour. Reduced prices are available for block bookings or if courses are booked on a one to one basis.
