Personal Trainer and Wellbeing Coach

Jake helps clients build strong, healthy and capable bodies through safe, personalised and time-efficient training.

He works with clients from all walks of life, from busy professionals and parents, to rugby players, wheelchair athletes, bodybuilders and people undergoing chemotherapy. This broad experience gives him a deep understanding of how to support individuals with different abilities, goals and starting points. Jake meets every client exactly where they are and creates a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment.

As a holistic coach with qualifications in biochemistry (First Class Honours), personal training (Level 3), wellbeing coaching (NHS accredited) and nutrition (PN L1), he takes a comprehensive view of health that supports both physical strength and long-term wellbeing.
