The workshops will help you practice relaxing much more deeply and restfully and give you the tools to manage stress and anxiety in everyday life. Louise will teach different techniques each time the sessions run, so you can come as often as you need to.
We cover hypnosis, mindfulness, visualisation techniques, simple meditation and relaxation so there is bound to be something that will suit you.
