Can changing your diet help with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and ME?

The symptoms associated with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) can be very debilitating. These may include short term memory problems, being unable to concentrate, joint pain and stiffness, headaches, IBS, food intolerances and exhaustion. A message from Mary Jane

Dear patients and friends of The Maris Practice, Five years ago, having moved to Portsmouth, I was very happy to hand over The Maris torch into Claire MacDonald’s caring and competent hands. The practice has gone from strength to strength in those years and it is - as I intended - very much part of the health of our community.
