Jessica studied at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine graduating with Distinction and winning multiple prizes. Having previously completed a Master of Physics degree, her interest in clinical work developed whilst working as a Research Assistant for the Children’s Hospital Immunodeficiency Program in Denver, Colorado. Jessica was drawn to osteopathy’s holistic and patient-centred approach and tailors each treatment to the individual by utilising a wide variety of techniques. She has a particular interest in cranial osteopathy and has completed post-graduate study at the Sutherland Cranial College. These gentle and effective techniques are particularly useful for the treatment of babies and children, as well as adults.
Jessica has a keen personal interest in sport and fitness. She holds a Diploma in Naturopathy and supports her osteopathic treatment with naturopathic advice, exercise prescription and hydrotherapy as appropriate, all helping to resolve the presenting problem and to prevent future ones.
