   This class will focus upon the fundamental foundation for all aspects o
 f our health……SLEEP!\n\nThe way we sleep affects our metabolism\, immu
 nity\, memory\, learning\, creativity\, nutrition\, mood\, emotion\, motor
  skills\, and overall physiological function throughout life.  When the b
 ody is sleeping it is rebuilding and restoring its tissues and optimizing 
 its interrelated physiological systems – cognitive\, cardiovascular\, en
 docrine\, musculoskeletal\, respiratory\, digestive\, urinary and reproduc
 tive.\n\nIf we reflect upon a poor night’s sleep\, we can appreciate its
  effect on basic functions such as clear thinking\, decision making\, stea
 dy mood\, stamina and coordination the next day\, on a longer term basis\,
  it can deeply affect our wellbeing and make us more susceptible to diseas
 e. Unfortunately for increasing numbers of people\, sleep has become elusi
 ve or problematic.\n\nThis 1 hour and 30 minute class will examine how to 
 reclaim healthy sleep and exercise good sleep hygiene. Yoga breathing &amp
 \; mindfulness techniques will encourage the ‘relaxation response’ and
