 sday afternoon\, to join a group of others navigating similar circumstance
 s\, this 3 night retreat will help you find your way through the challenge
 s presented during midlife. For some\, the time leading up to and after Me
 nopause brings such a myriad of physical and emotional changes it can be o
 verwhelming and lead to feelings of isolation\, anxiety and irritation whi
 ch also affects your loved ones. Often these changes occur when we are alr
 eady dealing with busy and stressful family lives\, be that from our child
 ren\, partners\, ageing parents\, even pets can cause additional emotional
  workload! This retreat offers a supportive community\, expert advice and 
 some time just for you – to rest\, to learn\, to take the time to reflec
 t on your own personal circumstances – while enjoying being looked after
  by others for just a few days of respite.\n\nStaying in beautiful comfort
 able accommodation at award winning location in the stunning Tamar Valley 
 on the Cornwall / Devon border. Direct trains are available from London Pa
 ddington to Plymouth in under 3 hours\, then it is a short taxi ride to Lo
 wer Marsh Farm.\n\nThe weekend includes\;\n\n 	comfortable accommodation\,
 \n 	all your meals\, refreshments and snacks\,\n 	6 yoga classes\,\n 	2 nu
 trition workshops\,\n 	unlimited usage of the amenities – hot tubs\, wil
 d swimming\, tennis\n 	fire circle.\n\nYoga classes will be led by Michel
 le Spencer\, who specialises in helping women going through peri-menopause
  and menopause. The sessions are specifically designed to help with sympto
 ms such as\;\n\n 	irritability\,\n 	hot flushes\,\n 	insomnia\,\n 	stress\
 , anxiety and brain fog.\n\nNutritionist\, Claire Mac Donald will be lea
 ding workshops discussing how food can help reduce the symptoms of hormona
 l changes such as weight changes\, mood\, tiredness and more. Learn about 
 gut health\, cortisol management and hormone balancing. Claire is also a 
 very experienced Osteopath able to offer advise on the various aches and p
 ains that trouble us.\n\nThe maximum number of participants is 15.\nFind o

 the weekend include:\n\n 	massage treatments\,\n 	guided nature walk\,\n 	
 guided wild swimming.\n 	1-2-1 nutrition consultations\,\n 	cranial osteop
 athic therapy.\n\nThe food\nAll meals are included (breakfast\, lunch and 
 dinner) plus refreshments and snacks throughout the weekend. Lower Marsh F
 arm has an excellent reputation for serving nutritious but not boring meal
 s\, prepared from scratch using seasonal ingredients\, many of which are g
 rown (using regenerative practices) at the farm. You will enjoy tasty heal
 thy filling dishes in an environment where food is to be enjoyed and laugh
 ter fills the air.\n\nYou are welcome to bring alcohol for your own consum
