Wednesday 26 April 2017 Shiatsu Workshop: Are you, your partner or child stressed or overwhelmed? We invite you both to have a relaxing healing experience. At the end you will be able to offer half an hour or longer shiatsu massage to help your loved ones through minor ailments such as headaches, stress, abdominal cramps anymore.





Mum and Baby Drop In Session from 9.30am with specialist advice on sleeping, feeding, colic and other needs for your baby, over a cup of tea with other mums.



Morning Movement Meditation from 13 June 2017 for 5 weeks at 7am to start your day with poise, grace and more.



8 Week Mindfulness Course starting on 9 May at 7.30pm and find how Mindfulness helps every aspect of our lives.



From 17 May 2017 for 5 weeks, Alexander Technique Workshop from 7.30pm to help us recognise habits and patterns that lead to many issues including postural problems such as back or neck pain.



Early Evening Meditation starting weekly in July from 7pm. These sessions will help make meditation a constant feature in your life.



Pilates Classes led by an Pilates trained Osteopath with a maximum of 5 people. Focusing on pain relief, improving strength, posture, flexibility and wellbeing.
