Mum and Baby Drop In Session from 9.30am with specialist advice on sleeping, feeding, colic and other needs for your baby, over a cup of tea with other mums.

Wednesdays 

 

Early Evening Meditation weekly from 7pm. These sessions will help make meditation a constant feature in your life.

Thursdays 

 

8 Week Mindfulness & Resilience Course starting on 5 October at 7.30pm and find how Mindfulness helps every aspect of our lives.

Saturdays

 

Pilates Classes led by an Pilates trained Osteopath with a maximum of 5 people. Focusing on pain relief, improving strength, posture, flexibility and wellbeing.

 

Posture and the Alexander technique workshop on Saturday 25th November from 2pm to 4pm with Giorgina Pontet
