Sarah holds a BSc Honors degree in Nutritional Therapy after four years of training at the renowned Centre for Nutrition Education (CNE - Middlesex University). She is also a certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) practitioner / coach and can use this in conjunction with Nutritional Therapy to help her clients achieve their goals. Since graduating at the start of 2010, she has successfully worked with a number of clients with varying health concerns such as; auto-immune conditions, digestive issues, anxiety, skin problems, chronic fatique, adrenal imbalances, hormonal problems, fertility issues, sports nutrition, inflammatory joint problems, children's health to name but a few.

Sarah keeps up to date with the latest evidence based research in science and nutrition. This includes training with laboratories so that she can offer clients the best clinical tests available.

Sarah's degree was not simply about 'food'. She was trained from the Functional Medicine approach to assess where there are physiological imbalances within the body. This includes analysing how the physiological problems have occurred (e.g. perhaps a genetic trait, low vitamin and mineral intake or poor digestion / absorption, poor detoxification or immune system imbalances).

Sarah's approach is not about restricting large numbers of foods or recommending 'fad' diets. Instead she focuses on providing practical, realistic, achievable advice, taking into account your genetics, current health goals, whole lifestyle & budget. This can help you make long-term dietary and lifestyle changes in order to help balance and maintain your health.
