We have 2 Feldenkrais Workshops in June '15

The Feldenkrais Method helps us learn to move more easily and concentrates on posture, breathing to improve balance and coordination. Developed by a physicist who taught Judo, Moshe Feldenkrais, this is a very practical way to continue with your self-development and change chronic movement patterns that lead to pain and poor function. Feldenkrais techniques are widely used in physical and occupational therapy to help with muscle injuries, back pain and arthritis.

We have 2 Feldenkrais Method workshops planned in June: one focussing on those with Pelvic & Lower Back Pain is on the afternoon of Saturday 6th June. Then on the afternoon of Saturday 20th June, we will be focussing on helping with Neck and Shoulder Release.

These will be facilitated by Carol Pearl Pasciullo, a teacher and practitioner of the Feldenkrais Method of Awareness Through Movement and Functional Integration, and Postgraduate Psychosynthesis Psychothrapeutic Counsellor since 1990. She has more than 15 years of experience working in Mental Health and facilitating Therapeutic Relaxation Groups.

These small group workshops will help give tension / muscle pain relief, improve your breathing generating relaxation while you learn through unaccustomed movements a greater ease and increased vitality.
