The Maris Practice is recruiting for a Saturday receptionist

The Maris Practice is looking to recruit a new team member! We are in need of a Saturday receptionist and administrator in this busy natural health practice.

Applicants need to have excellent spoken and written English with good computer skills (Word, excel and database experience). You must be professional, courteous, calm, empathetic and have the ability to multi-task

The role involves:

- Meeting and greeting patients,
- General Administration,
- Answering telephone and dealing with queries,
- Managing the practitioner on-line diary,
- Email reminders/confirmations/queries,
- Spreadsheet updates,
- Practice housekeeping and preparation,
- Taking and managing payments.

The hours are Saturdays 9am - 6pm.
